Products can be returned if all components are untouched and are in the same condition as shipped. Once materials are altered or combined then kits cannot be returned/refunded unless there is an as-shipped defect with the materials.

In case of a defect, please email us at franklin.m@sales-chest.us with pictures and description of the issue.

If there is a defect in the materials, we will ask you to ship them back (we will cover the cost) and we will issue the refund/replacement after inspection of the shipped back kit.
